Born here in good old St. Louis. I grew up on the south side of town. A Cleveland High School graduate with a passion for art, just not enough to go to college yet. Volunteered for military service at 17 to avoid the draft. Joined the Air Force instead, thought it was safer. Wasn't! Became what they called an Aerial Gunner. That was just there way of saying, we are going to put you in an airplane with 14 other guys and they are going to shoot at you. Served a tour in Southeast Asia flying AC-130 Spectre  Gunships. Flew 99 combat missions. Received the Distinguished Flying Cross and the Air Medal with 6 Oak Leaf Clusters. Returned stateside as an instructor, got married and then I went to college and started a family (my wife Rose and I now have 5 grandchildren) Graduated from Meramec Community College in 1974 and have been creating both fine and commercial art since that time. It's been a great ride.

DRB Graphics is my main business. Opened in 1990, I have been producing art for a variety of clients and a wide range of products. Packaging, catalogs, logos, just about anything you can think of.

My business is based on producing a quality product at an affordable price. No big agency fees here. Since I don't advertise, my client base is all referrals. Apparently I know how to keep people happy so they tell others.
